1. Subscription Services

Sonscent offers several ways to use the platform:

  • Free plan: Ongoing free access with daily usage limits on selected tools (for example, Scent Cam and AI scent pairing), as shown on our pricing page.
  • 3-day free trial: Eligible users may start a one-time trial with broader feature access. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it may convert to a paid subscription (such as Premium) as disclosed at checkout and in your account settings.
  • Paid and benefit plans: Including Free, Premium, and Lifetime plans. Premium is available on a monthly or annual billing cycle, while Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Final details are shown on our pricing page.
  • One-time purchases: Including lifetime membership and credit packs (points) for pay-as-you-go access to features.

For recurring subscriptions, your billing cycle begins on the purchase date and renews automatically unless you cancel.

2. Payment Methods

  • Exceptions: Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion when:
    • Technical failure: A confirmed platform error prevented meaningful access for an extended period.
    • Duplicate billing: You were charged twice due to a system error.
